Booking & Reservations

Browse our fleet on the Vehicles page, choose your pickup and return dates and location, then follow the on-screen steps. Payment is taken securely online via Stripe.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Cancellation and amendment policies are outlined in your booking confirmation email and our Terms & Conditions. You can also view your booking in your customer account.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak travel periods (July–August and the festive season). Our fleet is small and demand is high — securing your vehicle in advance avoids disappointment.

You can complete a booking as a guest. Creating a free account lets you view your booking history, download invoices, and manage your profile for faster future bookings.

Payment & Security Deposit

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

A security bond is required and is shown clearly during the booking process. The bond is held against the credit card provided at check-in and released at the end of the rental, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition.

A booking confirmation email with your receipt details is sent immediately after payment is processed. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Pick-up & Drop-off

Choose your preferred available location during booking. Faleolo International Airport and Apia are popular collection points; we will confirm the collection details in your booking confirmation.

Please bring your valid full driver's licence, the card used to book, and your booking confirmation. Visitors driving in Samoa need a Temporary Driver Licence; ask our team before collection so we can help you arrange the required permit.

After your booking is confirmed we send you an Express Check-In link by email. Completing it in advance allows us to prepare your paperwork before you land, making pick-up faster and smoother.

Driving & Insurance

Basic third-party cover is included. We offer several optional insurance upgrade tiers — with reduced excess and additional protection — which you can add when booking. Full details are shown on the booking page.

Yes. An additional driver must be declared at the time of booking or at pick-up. All drivers must hold a valid licence and meet the minimum age requirement.

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years. Drivers aged 21–24 may incur a young driver surcharge. Please review the vehicle listing for specific age restrictions.

Fuel & Returns

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refuelling charge will be deducted from your security deposit.

A late return fee based on the daily rate will apply for each additional hour or part-hour beyond the agreed return time. Please contact us in advance if you anticipate a delay.
